CAPA founded in 1987, the only independent, non-profit certification organization for automobile collision parts in the United States. Its sole purpose is to ensure that consumers and the entire industry can identify high-quality parts through the CAPA quality label. CAPA establishes objective quality standards and specifications for replacement parts and provides detailed testing and inspection procedures for each part to ensure that the quality of the parts is the same as the original parts.
